If you take pride in clean, professional driving, this is your chance to secure consistent, high‑quality work with a trusted national brand for the remainder of 2026.<br><strong>🚚 The Job</strong><br><ul><li>Trunking between Royal Mail depots</li><ul><li>No handballing — just organised, planned routes</li><li>Morning, evening and weekend shifts available</li></ul></ul><strong>🔑 Key Responsibilities</strong><br><ul><li><strong>Transport mail</strong> between national sites</li><ul><li><strong>Complete vehicle checks</strong> and uphold top‑tier safety</li><li><strong>Follow scheduled routes</strong> with precision</li><li>Represent Royal Mail with professionalism on every run</li></ul></ul><strong>✔️ What You Need</strong><br><ul><li>Valid <strong>HGV Class 1 / C+E</strong> licence (held for 2+ years)</li><ul><li>A valid and in date CPC + Digital Tachograph card</li><li>180+ days of Class 1 driving experience in the last 2 years</li><li>Max 6 points on your licence</li><li>Able to pass vetting & DBS checks</li></ul></ul><strong>💰 What You Get</strong><br><ul><li>Excellent pay: <strong>£24.35–£27.47p/h</strong> (shift dependent)</li><ul><li>Guaranteed minimum daily hours</li><li>Weekly pay, holiday accrual & pension (PAYE)</li><li>Option to secure preferred shifts after assessment</li><li>Onsite parking & canteen facilities are available in most Depots</li><li>Support from the onsite Pertemps team</li></ul></ul>
