Senior Media Manager – HIRING ASAP Start Date: ASAPDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: 3 days in London per week, 2 days remote workingRate: £375 - £475 per day, on a PAYE ModelSummaryOur client is seeking a SeniorMedia Manager to join the company’s Global Media Team as part of the Public Affairs vertical. This is a critical role responsible for defining clear media strategies, planning, and driving perfect execution to reach key audiences on, as well as influencing long-term strategy and solutions aligned to core business and team objectives. In this role you will collaborate closely with internal Marketing, Insights, Decision Science, Creative, Policy & Comms, and external agency teams to devise and execute sophisticated issue campaigns that communicate our clients’ brand narrative through strategic, data-driven, and innovative paid media strategies. The ideal candidate is a trusted leader with deep media expertise across channels, is able to identify white space opportunities for long-term growth and can effectively influence and build alignment across multiple teams to implement the most impactful solutions. You are constantly curious about what’s influencing elite audiences - in marketing and media trends, and in what drives people to action. You are someone who can build strong partnerships with colleagues, translate goals into successful, integrated, data-driven programs, and navigate the intersection of multiple channels and media partners. Most importantly, you should thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-driven environment. Responsibilities:Develop measurable media strategies and plans, ensuring they are grounded in clear objectives and audience insights and deliver demonstrable business outcomes.Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to define and influence audience, media strategy, and inform tactical planning, execution, and optimization.Shape the team’s strategic point of view on media, measurement, and industry innovation, leading the development of strategic POVs on relevant topics with clear business application and impact.Build strong working relationships and drive influence with cross-functional partners across marketing, decision science, insights & creative teams to develop fully integrated work and design custom media activations that deliver brand and product narrative in unexpected ways.Lead and oversee multiple, simultaneous media workstreams and flawless campaign planning & execution, including substantial budget management for complex, multi-market international campaigns.Requisition Intake Form EMEALead the relationship with the regional external media agencies and partner with central foundational media teams to drive cohesive media planning and execution around the globe.Strategically leverage data and insights to inform audience and media strategies, drive on-going optimization, and oversee the smooth running of execution, proactively troubleshooting potential roadblocks.Analyze campaign media performance against KPIs to deriveThe expertise we are looking for:Media Strategy and PlanningPaid Media backgroundIndustry Background: Big Technology (must have)Managing Pace and Rigour, data centric and media strategyBeing able to manage multiple stakeholders.Having the Media rigour and fundamentalsWorking with different teams
