Dental Laboratory Technician (Full Denture Technician) – Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled Dental Laboratory Technician with experience in full and partial denture fabrication to join our growing dental laboratory. If you have hands-on experience creating high-quality dentures from start to finish and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with consistent daytime hours and opportunities to expand your skills through cross-training and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a Dental Laboratory Technician, you will:
Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
Set denture teeth, wax cases, bend wire, finish, and process dentures.
Complete denture relines, repairs, occlusal rims, and custom trays.
Produce high-quality dental prosthetics while meeting production deadlines.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate, timely case completion.
Cross-train in multiple areas of the dental laboratory.
Periodically serve as the Associate Lab Manager in the manager’s absence.
Follow OSHA safety standards and laboratory protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Dental Lab Technician , Denture Technician , or Dental Laboratory Technician .
Demonstrated experience fabricating dentures from start to finish.
Ability to successfully complete a hands-on bench assessment.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Same-day denture experience is a plus, but not required.
