CAREER TRAINING PROGRAMS

The Ring Power Apprentice Program is a two-year, "Learn While You Earn" program designed for mechanically inclined individuals who are interested in training for a career as a service technician while earning a wage for the work they do. Each apprentice is provided an "Apprentice Toolbox" and receives credits toward tool purchases throughout the program, which he or she redeems upon completion. Apprentices who successfully complete this program acquire basic safety and technical skills, through both on-the-job training with mentors and by attending instructor led classes. Upon successful completion, apprentices are re-classified as entry-level II technicians in their assigned fields.
