About the Role

HR Apprenticeship Trainer & Skills Coach Salary: £33,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience) Location: Home-based with travel to employer sites, head office meetings and occasional overnight stays Contract: Full-time, Permanent <ul><li>Home-based role with flexible working </li><ul><li>Up to 34 days annual leave, including bank holidays </li><li>Additional Christmas shutdown leave </li><li>Fully reimbursed business travel and accommodation expenses </li><li>Ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities </li></ul></ul>We are seeking an experienced and passionate HR professional to join our growing team as an HR Apprenticeship Trainer & Skills Coach. In this rewarding role, you will support and guide learners working towards their Level 3 and Level 5 HR apprenticeships, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to succeed in their careers. Through a blend of training delivery, coaching and assessment, you will play a key role in helping apprentices achieve their goals and successfully complete their End-Point Assessment (EPA). Working closely with learners and employers, you will provide a high-quality learning experience that drives engagement, progression and achievement. What You'll Be Doing <ul><li>Deliver engaging apprenticeship training through virtual and face-to-face sessions </li><ul><li>Coach and mentor learners throughout their apprenticeship journey </li><li>Assess learner work and provide constructive, developmental feedback </li><li>Monitor learner progress and support achievement of apprenticeship milestones </li><li>Conduct regular progress reviews with learners and employers </li><li>Prepare learners for Gateway and End-Point Assessment (EPA) </li><li>Support learners with additional learning needs, including SEND requirements </li><li>Ensure compliance with apprenticeship funding, safeguarding and quality standards </li><li>Maintain accurate learner records and documentation </li><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues to support learner success and continuous improvement </li></ul></ul>What We're Looking For Essential <ul><li>Level 5 HR qualification (CIPD or equivalent) </li><ul><li>A proven track record within HR, ideally at HR Advisor, HR Manager or HR Business Partner level </li><li>Experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring or professional development </li><li>Experience assessing performance and providing effective feedback </li><li>Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1 or equivalent) or Teaching or training qualification (PTLLS, DTLLS, Cert Ed or equivalent) </li><li>Experience working within apprenticeships, further education or work-based learning </li><li>Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and EPA requirements </li></ul></ul>About You You will be: <ul><li>Passionate about helping others learn and develop </li><ul><li>Learner-focused, supportive and approachable </li><li>Highly organised and able to manage a varied caseload </li><li>Comfortable working independently while collaborating with wider teams </li><li>Committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and outcomes </li></ul></ul>For more information please contact Simon Atkins on 07894 752230
