• 8-hour day shifts — 36 hours guaranteed, up to 40 hours per week
• 12 – 14 patients per day
• Outpatient ortho setting
• Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• 60 visits per week productivity expectation
• Outpatient experience preferred
