AM2PM are proud to be partnering with a leading food production company in Cambridge. We are recruiting for Food Production Operatives to assist in making Jams and Conserves. 

Hours and Pay for Food Production Operative

Monday-Thursday, 6am-6pm Days 6pm-6am Rotation.

Day rate £15.10
Night rate £17.32

Roles and Responsiblities of the Food Production Operative

• Production operators are predominately owners or leaders of a process to deliver business goals. typically delivering more than 7 tonne per hour working in teams of 5 or above or being responsible for the area delivery of SQCDM.
• Controls the operation to ensure that the product meets legislation.
• Fully autonomous in controlling their asset /area.
• Applies Good Manufacturing Principles at all times.
• Applies Health and Safety Procedures as a priority and understands the sites values and behaviours.
• Ensures products meet all specification and performance parameters and have a recorded and robust documentation record of each activity.

Records must meet the sites due diligence standards and allow full traceability of actions and ingredients.

Requirements of a Food Production Operative

• Relevant expeience.
• Quick learners.
• Independent commuter.
• Flexible hours on occasion to meet business needs.
• Ability for Manual Handling.
