Learning Support Assistant Bingley

About the role:

Justteachers is seeking an Learning Support Assistant who is looking for a Long term role, in a Secondary school in the Bingley area on a full-time basis. The role is set to commence from September 2026

A large and well‑established further‑education setting known for its strong vocational pathways and modern facilities. The environment is fast‑paced, supportive and focused on helping learners progress into employment or higher study. Staff work collaboratively, with a clear emphasis on high‑quality teaching and pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Supporting SEND learners in class and small groups
•  Implementing interventions directed by teachers
•  Helping with EHCP targets and progress tracking
•  Promoting inclusion within lessons

Pre-requisites:

•  SEND experience supporting diverse needs
•  One‑to‑one support in classroom settings
•  Knowledge of EHCPs and intervention strategies
•  Safeguarding awareness within UK frameworks
