About the Role

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Position Summary</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Web Experience Manager will own the strategy, performance, and optimization of the Focus Partners website. This role focuses on improving user experience, conversion performance, and the overall digital journey from visitor to qualified lead. This individual partners closely with marketing, content, and technology teams to continuously improve the website through data‑driven testing, content optimization, and design enhancements.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Focus provides team members the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid model is defined as 3 days in office work required per week, while giving team members the option to work remotely 2 days per week, or as assigned by their team leader.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Own the strategy, structure, and performance of the company website</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead initiatives to improve conversion rates and lead generation</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage website updates, enhancements, and development projects</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with content and SEO teams to ensure content is optimized for discoverability and engagement</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct ongoing UX analysis and CRO testing</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor website analytics and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure website performance meets accessibility, speed, and SEO best practices</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage external vendors or developers as needed</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience managing marketing websites</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of UX, CRO, and digital customer journeys</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with CMS platforms and website development workflows</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with web analytics tools such as GA4 or Hotjar</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience optimizing websites for lead generation</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Web Experience Manager is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $95,000-$110,000.&nbsp; Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.&nbsp; The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.&nbsp; Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
