About the Role
66KV SAP's required for offshore wind project
We're supporting a leading organisation in the renewables sector who are looking for 1-2 experienced 66kV SAP contractors to join their offshore team, starting in April. This role covers a mix of array cable work and wind turbine commissioning and offers a great opportunity to contribute to a major offshore wind development.
About the Role
You'll be working closely with offshore teams to deliver safe and efficient electrical operations. The position operates on a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation, with an initial contract duration of 3-6 months.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting array cable activities and wind turbine commissioning
Ensuring all HV and safety procedures are adhered to
Overseeing installation, testing, and maintenance of offshore electrical systems
Working collaboratively with project teams to keep operations running smoothly
Providing technical guidance across all 66kV activities
What We're Looking For
Experience working on offshore wind farm projects
Strong understanding of 66kV HV systems
Background in turbine commissioning, testing or maintenance, as well as array cable work
Ability to perform effectively in offshore environments
Valid offshore certificates (GWO, medical, etc.) are required
