<h3><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">The Role:</span></h3>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">Driving profitable sales growth by influencing specifications and securing orders with end-users, contractors, and OEMs</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">Managing and expanding relationships with key clients, dealers, and consultants</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">Identifying and targeting new markets, projects, and business opportunities</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">Spending the majority of your time engaging clients face-to-face (around 80% field-based)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">Collaborating with internal teams to deliver commercial and technical strategies for major projects and tenders</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">Representing the business at exhibitions, seminars, and industry events</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">Feeding market insights back into product development and innovation</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">You:</span></h3>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">Proven track record in technical sales (min 5 years), ideally within engineering, oil & gas, or a related technical industry</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent relationship-building skills</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">Engineering degree preferred, but not essential if you bring relevant technical experience</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Tahoma;font-size: 12px">Confident communicator with a strategic mindset and attention to detail</span></li>
</ul>
