Utility Worker in Clinton, NC Job Summary We are seeking a Utility Worker/General Laborer, a skilled tradesperson who performs a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality, safety, and appearance of our facilities. This role requires the ability to work independently and handle a range of physical tasks. They handle a wide range of jobs, including but not limited to assembly, painting, housekeeping, and ground maintenance. The role involves general maintenance and upkeep of common areas and equipment. The candidate must be able to handle physical tasks and report any major repairs needed.Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm/4:30pm + Saturday Overtime & Sunday Doubletime as needed Duties and Responsibilities Ground Maintenance, including painting. Restock incoming cleaning products Mop restrooms, canteens, and break room areas. Empty trash bins/cans Maintain a clean and organized workspace Operate cleaning equipment such as a sweeper/scrubber.
