<p><strong>Street Naming &amp; Numbering Project Officer needed in Nuneaton Paying  £250 per day ref 5288182</strong></p> <p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong></p> </p> <p><strong><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct a full review of the Street Naming &amp; Numbering function, including current processes, workstreams, and service delivery</li> <li>Assess the team’s workload and existing backlog, developing practical proposals to improve efficiency and clear outstanding work</li> <li>Identify strengths, challenges, and risks within the current service</li> <li>Evaluate resourcing levels and team structure, making recommendations for future sustainability</li> <li>Highlight any skills or knowledge gaps within the existing team</li> <li>Review current SNN policies and contribute to the development and updating of future policy frameworks</li> <li>Provide informed recommendations on fees and charges in line with industry practice and cost recovery principles</li> <li>Engage with internal stakeholders to gather insights and ensure a well-rounded review</li> <li>Produce a comprehensive report with clear findings and actionable recommendations for the Senior Leadership Team</li> <li>Offer strategic advice to support the ongoing success and improvement of the SNN service</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>If you are interested in the role, please email your CV to verity@essentialemploy.co.uk quoting the reference number. </p> <p>Essential Employment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
