Screening CallRecruiterThe screening / introduction round is focus on assessment of a candidate's basic qualifications and determine whether (s)he is a good fit for the role and the company.

Meeting the teamHiring manager + teamThe team round is focused on the candidate’s subject-matter know-how and abilities. The interviewer will ask questions specific to the job and the candidate’s prior experience. The candidate will be expected to provide specific examples to demonstrate his/her subject- matter knowledge.

Task roundFrom the hiring manager + teamThis one is an optional round, primarily targeted towards technical roles such as developers, that aims to filter out unfit candidates based on their coding skills.

Management talkHR business partner + Department Head / C-LevelThe management round is the opportunity for the candidate to show qualifications and motivation for the role, from a strategic company-fit point of view.
