This position is tailored for a driven professional who wants a clear path into management, a supportive team culture, and a highly competitive, uncapped commission structure.
- Base Salary: £25,000 (with additional guaranteed earnings provided for your first 3 months to ensure a smooth transition).
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): A highly achievable £35,000 - £40,000+ per annum. With a completely uncapped commission structure, your earning potential is directly tied to your success.
- Company Vehicle: Choose between a dedicated company car or a £3,000 annual car allowance.
- Work Pattern: A balanced 5-day weekly schedule, featuring a rotation that gives you every third Saturday completely off.
- Premium Benefits: 33 days of paid holiday, an extra day off for your birthday, holiday commission, pension, life insurance, corporate rewards, and paid entry fees for charity events.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage property sales, conduct accurate valuations, and provide expert market advice to clients.
- Actively identify new leads and generate fresh business to maintain a strong pipeline.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key external stakeholders, including solicitors and lenders.
- Work closely alongside the Branch Manager, helping to motivate the team and manage daily operations.
