About the Role

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Purchasing / supply chain professional to support with stock replenishment, supplier performance, and purchasing operations. The role focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels, analysing purchasing data, coordinating inbound shipments, and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain Key Responsibilities: Manage UK stock reviews, placing primary and secondary purchase orders to maintain availability. Build and manage supplier relationships, including pricing reviews and performance monitoring. Analyse daily purchasing and KPI reports, identifying stock risks and opportunities. Coordinate European orders and road freight, tracking goods in transit and managing lead times. Maintain accurate shipment, vessel, and operations trackers. Support purchasing operations, inbox management, and cross-functional communication. Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and supplier reviews. What We’re Looking For: Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management. Strong knowledge of stock control, MOQs, MOVs, lead times, and supplier management. Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving skills. Excellent organisation, communication, and commercial awareness.
