About the Role
<strong>Administrator </strong><br><strong>Location:</strong> Bromsgrove, Worcestershire<br><strong>Starting Salary:</strong> National Minium wage<br><strong>Hours:</strong> Full time, Monday to Friday <br><br> <br>Due to continued success and increased workload we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic <strong>Administrator</strong> to join our friendly team in Bromsgrove.<br><br>As an Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our office operations. This is an excellent opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in a professional environment while working towards a recognised qualification in Business Administration.<br><br><strong>Administrator Key Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Providing general administrative support to the team</li><ul><li>Answering phone calls and handling emails professionally to customers regarding their orders and deliveries </li><li>Filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records</li><li>Checking stock levels</li><li>Raising orders</li><li>Chasing deliveries and calling customers to check the status </li><li>Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks<br><br></li></ul></ul><strong>The successful Administrator will have:</strong><br><ul><li>Previous office administration experience and some customer service skills as well would be an advantage but most importantly you must not be afraid to talk to customers on the phone<br><br></li><ul><li>Good communication and organisational skills<br><br></li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team<br><br></li><li>Good IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook) as you <br><br></li><li>GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, Grade 4/C or above (preferred)<br><br></li></ul></ul>Please send your CV and a brief cover letter to michelle.laight@pertemps.co.uk outlining why you're interested in the role and why you feel you would be suitable.
