Our client, a law firm with offices throughout the world, has an immediate need for an experienced General Liability Defense Attorney, to join our growing team in Garden City.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience w General Liability Defense, Property Damage, and Labor Law Defense.
• Premises liability and construction/work site accidents would be a huge plus.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.
• Must be admitted in NY and NJ, CT, FL, PA admission a plus.
• Experience must be in areas besides Auto/Workers Comp
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills
• Dedicated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic
• Superior organizational and time-management skills
• An ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, as well as adversaries and courts
• Excellent interpersonal, networking and business development skills
