• Experience working to sous Chef level in fresh food, busy kitchens
• experience working with Italian/Mediterranean cuisine preferred but not essential
• Ability to deliver fresh food to high standards.
• Ability to cope well under pressure.
• Be a strong and approachable leader to the team, responsible for motivating and ongoing training.
• Excellent personality and drive.
