Behavioral Health Tech
<p><strong>Location:</strong> Bowling Green Brandywine Outpatient Location, Oxford, PA<br /><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-Time Third Shift 11:30PM - 7:00AM with Rotating Weekend with day off during the week</p>

<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Provide a <strong>safe, supportive, and structured environment</strong> for patients.</li>
<li>Conduct routine safety checks and maintain accurate documentation.</li>
<li>Assist patients with daily living activities and encourage progress toward treatment goals.</li>
<li>Facilitate educational and rehabilitative groups on topics like coping skills, anger management, and independent living.</li>
<li>Monitor patient behavior and communicate observations to nursing staff.</li>
<li>Support patient well-being through compassionate interaction and professional care.</li>
<li>Participate in maintaining a secure and comfortable environment for patients and staff.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Education:</strong> High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Six months or more working with behavioral health or addiction recovery populations preferred.</li>
<li><strong>License</strong>: Valid State Driver's license required for this position.</li>
<li><strong>Certifications:</strong> CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training provided upon hire). First Aid may be required based on state/facility guidelines.</li>
