About the Role
INDSS Property Inspections Manager East London £25 per inspection | 80+ per month Part-Time | Flexible (3-4 Days per Week) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Inspections Manager to join a well-established and growing property management business in East London. This is a flexible, field-based role ideal for someone experienced in property management or inspections who enjoys autonomy and managing their own diary. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out property inspections and managing end-of-tenancy processes across a residential portfolio. Key responsibilities include: Conducting external property inspections across a portfolio Carrying out end-of-tenancy check-outs Ensuring properties meet required standards and identifying issues Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems (CRM) Delivering high levels of service to maintain positive reviews Managing your own schedule and workload efficiently Requirements Previous experience in property management, inspections, or lettings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well organised with excellent time management Professional and well-presented Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential) IT literate and confident using CRM systems (ARLA, NAEA or similar qualifications are advantageous but not essential) What's on Offer Flexible working (3-4 days per week) Competitive pay structure (£25 per inspection, 80+ per month) Autonomous, field-based role Opportunity to work with a well-established property business Consistent workload and long-term opportunity Apply If you have experience in property and are looking for a flexible, rewarding role, we'd love to hear from you.
