About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Reablement OT to join our Harrow team. Responsibilities include completing 12-15 assessments per week with physical/older adults, including manual handling, adaptations, and equipment. Experience with the Mosaic system is preferred.
Requirements:
Must be a registered Occupational Therapist with the HCPC
Proven experience in reablement or older adult care
