<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Position Summary</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Analyst, Product & Platform Management supports the execution and coordination of product and platform initiatives across the organization’s technology ecosystem. This role works across multiple platforms and partners with product managers, platform owners, operations teams, and business stakeholders to provide analysis, coordination, and insight that supports effective prioritization, sequencing, and delivery. The analyst focuses on cross-platform initiatives, dependencies, and performance trends to help ensure products and platforms evolve in a coordinated and scalable manner.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support product and platform owners with cross-platform roadmap tracking, initiative status, and dependency visibility. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Analyze platform performance, usage, and adoption trends across multiple platforms. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify cross-platform dependencies, risks, and sequencing considerations and surface them proactively. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with intake, evaluation, and prioritization of initiatives and enhancement requests across platforms. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for leadership, working groups, and governance forums. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate with platform managers, operations leaders, vendors, and technology teams on cross-platform initiatives. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support integration, migration, and rollout efforts that span multiple platforms or firms. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help standardize documentation, metrics, and status reporting across platforms. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain cross-platform documentation and artifacts to support transparency and decision-making.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">4+ years of experience in product management, platform operations, business analysis, or related roles. </span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information across platforms.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $70,000-$110,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
