<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Position Summary</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Lead, Firm Onboarding – Wealth Technology supports the technical onboarding of incoming firms onto the organization’s standard wealth technology platforms. This role coordinates discovery of legacy firm systems, maps those systems and data to target platforms, and supports structured transitions onto core technologies.<br>The role works closely with Platform Owners, Data teams, PMO/TMO, and vendors to ensure firm onboarding activities are well understood, properly sequenced, and aligned to target-state platforms. This position focuses on coordination, data understanding, and business understanding.<br></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role is located in St. Louis, MO.&nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support discovery of incoming firms’ wealth technology environments, including CRM, portfolio accounting, trading, and reporting platforms</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate mapping of legacy firm systems and data to the organization’s target wealth technology platforms</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with CRM and platform stakeholders to understand existing firm data and target-state data requirements</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help define business rules, data mappings, and assumptions needed to support data conversion efforts</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with technical team members responsible for data transformation and scripting by providing clear business context and logic</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in planning transitions from legacy firm platforms to target platforms, including identifying dependencies and risks</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Support planning and coordination of legacy platform sunset activities following successful firm transitions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with PMO/TMO to align onboarding activities with overall firm transition timelines</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Help document onboarding approaches, assumptions, and lessons learned to support repeatability</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience in wealth technology, platform onboarding, data conversion, or related roles</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Working knowledge of wealth management platforms, particularly CRM systems and associated data</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience translating business needs into platform and data requirements</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and external vendors</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting firm onboarding or platform transitions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with advisor workflows and CRM data structures</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience working in regulated financial services environments</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">This is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $100,000- 150,000 Base Salary Compensation Range.&nbsp; Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.&nbsp; The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.&nbsp; Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life and 401(k).
