<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">NorthCoast Asset Management is looking for a Senior Wealth Advisor to join our Denver office and inherit a book of high-net-worth clientele. No requirement to source new clientele from external channels as the Firm has several well-developed lead sources.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong><strong> </strong></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop relationships within existing client book</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Consolidate assets and driving revenue growth</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to network with partners, be an ambassador of the firm</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Generate opportunities for branch office presentation</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Follow leads from lead source, develop opportunity, close and onboard prospective clients</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work with trading and operations to coordinate all aspects of client onboarding and ongoing account support</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Scheduling client reviews, account paperwork, and miscellaneous service items as needed</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Build review presentations, client proposals, and input portfolio planning information to Money Guide Pro</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain client communication in the contact management system</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Respond to incoming emails, calls and meeting requests</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">A positive attitude and high energy level</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">The Senior Wealth Advisor is a exempt position. This is commission-based role, with a $200k draw starting salary and a 20% net commission. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
