About the Role
<p>AA Euro Group are currently seeking a Project Coordinator on behalf of a leading international main contractor specialising in the delivery of data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, and critical infrastructure.</p>
<p>This role will support the successful delivery of a major data centre project in High Wycombe. Working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient coordination of project activities, documentation, and stakeholder communication.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the project team</li>
<li>Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, reports, and technical submissions</li>
<li>Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and track actions to ensure timely follow-up</li>
<li>Support the management of project schedules, ensuring key milestones are monitored and updated</li>
<li>Assist with procurement processes, including tracking orders and supplier coordination</li>
<li>Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery</li>
<li>Support health & safety documentation and compliance tracking</li>
<li>Monitor project correspondence and ensure accurate record-keeping</li>
<li>Assist in preparing reports for senior management and client updates</li>
</ul>
<p>Key Requirements</p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in a Project Coordinator / Document Controller / Site Administrator role within construction</li>
<li>Experience working on data centre or large-scale construction projects is highly desirable</li>
<li>Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li>
<li>Experience with document management systems (e.g. Aconex, Procore, Viewpoint)</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced site environment</li>
</ul>
<p>Desirable</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience working with a main contractor</li>
<li>Understanding of construction project lifecycle and terminology</li>
<li>Exposure to MEP or mission-critical environments</li>
<li>Relevant qualification in construction, business administration, or similar</li>
</ul>
