<p><strong>Assistant Site Manager – Social Housing (Externals)</strong><br /> Sutton, South London<br /> £35,000 £5,000 travel allowance<br /> Own Vehicle Required</p> <p>A leading social housing contractor is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to support the delivery of a major externals refurbishment programme across scattered occupied blocks in Sutton, South London.</p> <p>This is a newly started, long-term project involving:</p> <ul> <li>Roof replacements</li> <li>Window &amp; door replacements</li> <li>Resident-facing refurbishment works</li> <li>Management of subcontractors across multiple live sites</li> </ul> <p><em>The Role</em></p> <p>Reporting into the Site Manager / Project Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day running of the programme, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard while maintaining excellent resident relations.</p> <p><em>Requirements</em></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience working within social housing refurbishment</li> <li>Experience managing externals packages preferred</li> <li>SSSTS or SMSTS certification</li> <li>Full UK driving licence and own vehicle</li> <li>Strong communication and organisational skills</li> <li>Ability to manage subcontractors and work within occupied properties</li> </ul> <p><em>What’s on Offer</em></p> <ul> <li>Salary up to £35,000</li> <li>Additional £5,000 Travel allowance</li> <li>Opportunity to work with an established social housing contractor</li> <li>Immediate start available</li> </ul> <p>If you have experience within planned maintenance or social housing refurbishment and are looking for your next long-term opportunity in South London, we’d like to hear from you.</p>
