​Performance Analyst (3-Month Contract | Inside IR35)

We’re looking for a Performance Analyst to join a leading energy business, supporting key commercial and operational decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong relationships, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• 3 month contract opportunity

• Daily rate: £400 - £500 per day

• INSIDE IR35

• Remote

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will:

• Support decision-making that shapes B2B energy performance

• Build and maintain key KPIs and dashboards across commercial and operational areas

• Use Power BI to create a single source of truth for reporting

• Analyse pricing, volume, and portfolio trends within the energy market

• Help identify risks and opportunities across the business

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you’ll have:

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Working knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, and SQL

• Experience using a range of data analysis and visualisation tools

• Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills

• The ability to prioritise effectively and take ownership of your work
