Data & Operations Support Administrator
Salary: £27,000-£35,000
Location: Near Brighton (hybrid working available)
Overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive Data & Operations Support Administrator to provide first-class administrative and data management support to a busy financial services team near Brighton. The role acts as a key point of contact for the team and ensures smooth operation of administrative, reporting, and compliance processes.

Responsibilities
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Managing diaries and scheduling internal and client meetings, including training sessions and annual review meetings
Preparing and delivering accurate management information and data reports within agreed deadlines
Answering and directing incoming calls according to internal communication policies
Performing general reception and administrative duties, including welcoming clients and tracking corporate card expenditure
Maintaining reporting and support diaries to agreed standards, keeping management informed of progress and issues
Supporting the team with administrative tasks and actioning items in shared support inboxes
Maintaining accurate records, such as monthly new business registers
Supporting marketing activities, including financial promotions, social media, website updates, and client reviews
Processing monthly invoicing accurately
Conducting regular data cleansing to ensure back-office systems are up to date
Maintaining service issues and breaches registers, escalating to compliance where necessary
Assisting with additional projects and operational tasks as directed
Training colleagues as required
Completing ongoing professional development (non-advisory) in line with internal policies
