Job Description
  • Operate injection molding machines and perform start-up and shutdown procedures.
  • Make adjustments to process settings to ensure quality molded parts.
  • Monitor visual quality of molded parts and sort according to classification.
  • Handle and dry molding resins, and perform preventative maintenance on machines.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot 3D print builds to ensure continuous production.
  • Perform post-processing of 3D printed parts using established procedures.
  • Use precision measurement devices to ensure dimensional accuracy of prototype parts.
Critical Information
  • Shift: Initial training from 8 AM to 5 PM, then transitioning to shifts from 12 PM to 8 PM.
  • On-site position.
Education/Licenses Needed
  • High school diploma is required.
  • Experience with injection molding, plastics, or machine operation is preferred.
