We’re working with our client, a leading SaaS organisation that is investing heavily in technology, delivery, and people to support its next phase of growth. Their platforms underpin high-value business operations at scale, and they are in the midst of a strategic transformation to modernise how software is built, delivered, and evolved.
They are now seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to help drive this transformation — someone who can lead multiple agile teams, manage delivery across complex programmes, and embed a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
This is a visible, high-impact role where your influence will shape not only how delivery happens today but how the organisation builds software for years to come.
As a Delivery Lead, you’ll sit at the centre of delivery across several product and engineering teams. You’ll ensure teams have clarity, alignment, and the right conditions for success — balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day execution.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading delivery across multiple agile teams, ensuring clear priorities, strong alignment, and predictable outcomes.
Championing agile and lean principles, fostering a focus on value, learning, and flow.
Managing dependencies and risks across teams, ensuring obstacles are identified and resolved early.
Facilitating collaboration between engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Tracking and communicating progress with meaningful delivery metrics.
Coaching teams to continuously improve, increasing autonomy and accountability.
Supporting senior delivery leadership in shaping the long-term delivery strategy and culture.
3–5+ years in a dedicated Delivery Lead or Agile Delivery Manager role within a complex software or SaaS environment.
Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and Systems Thinking principles.
Proven experience delivering large-scale software products with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing Director-level stakeholders.
Practical knowledge of frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and the ability to tailor methods appropriately.
Strong coaching and servant leadership approach — empowering teams to deliver with confidence and ownership.
A clear, confident communicator who builds trust across technical and business teams.
A strategic thinker who can balance tactical delivery with long-term objectives.
Calm under pressure, structured in approach, and comfortable with ambiguity.
A leader who focuses on outcomes, not process, and drives delivery without unnecessary ceremony.
