In the last two decades we have improved the lives of hundreds of thousands of patients by using innovative technology that is wearable, waterproof, and lifestyle accommodating. We are looking for highly motivated, performance driven individuals to be a part of our expanding team. We do this by hiring amazing people guided by shared values who exceed customer expectations. Our continued success depends on it! Position Overview Insulet—makers of the Omnipod® insulin management system—is one of the fastest-growing medical device companies in the industry, and we’re expanding our Web Development team. We utilize Drupal 10 as our primary content management platform and are looking for a full‑stack Drupal developer with 1–3 years of experience who is eager to grow into a Senior Developer role. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environment, using best-practice tools and methods to deliver web products and services that improve the lives of people living with diabetes and their families. Insulet offers industry‑competitive benefits, including flex work options and paid holidays. Interpret requirements and contribute across the full lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support. Collaborate with QA, product owners, designers, and other developers to ensure code is well‑reviewed, secure, and high quality. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) and help estimate and plan iterative releases. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across environments; proactively anticipate module‑level risks and escalate appropriately. Contribute to automation (build/test/deploy/monitor) and performance improvements (caching, asset optimization). Maintain clear documentation for code, workflows, testing, and SOPs aligned to business and compliance needs. Communicate status of enhancements, projects, and support tickets using Jira; contribute to team knowledge in Confluence. Assist with integrations (e.g., Salesforce, REST/JSON APIs) and ensure reliability, security, and data integrity. Stay current with Drupal best practices, security updates, and modern web tooling. Education and Experience — Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 1-3 years of professional web development experience with a focus on Drupal (9/10). Strong proficiency in PHP (8.x), Twig, HTML/CSS/SASS, and JavaScript. Experience with Drupal theming and custom module development. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with candor and build trust across levels. Solid debugging skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills and Competencies Experience with Salesforce integration and RESTful APIs; knowledge of OAuth and authentication patterns. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, and Bitbucket (branching, PRs, code reviews). Knowledge of web security hardening (updates, permissions, input validation) and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1 AA). Understanding of performance optimization (caching, CDN, asset pipelines) and CI/CD automation. Experience collaborating with QA (test plans, functional/security testing) and using automation where practical. Acquia Drupal Developer Certification (or higher) is a plus. Positive, results‑driven, logical thinker; able to organize and manage multiple priorities. Experience with responsive design and cross‑browser compatibility. Growth & Culture Clear growth path toward Senior Developer, with mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to lead initiatives. Strong team culture that values collaboration, innovation, and effective, transparent communication. Work Arrangement Hybrid position; in‑office schedule determined by your manager. Physical Requirements General office environment; may sit for extended periods. Insulet Corporation is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
