Senior Accountant (NetSuite)

Cherry Bekaert is seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in ensuring accurate monthly financial results and supporting ongoing audit and reporting needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and has strong experience with month-end close, financial reporting, and audit support. Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is required. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of financial results Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Support and enhance financial reporting, including variance analysis, management reporting, and ad hoc analysis Assist with annual and interim audit processes, including providing schedules, documentation, and explanations to auditors Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures Partner cross-functionally to validate transactional data, revenue recognition, and other accounting impacts Utilize NetSuite to manage general ledger activity and Salesforce to support revenue and operational reporting Participate in system and process improvement initiatives within the accounting function Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of relevant accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce (required) Solid analytical skills with a high attention to detail Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment IND4
