Job Description
- Enquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming phone calls, emails, and website enquiries.
- Sales Support: Qualify leads, prepare accurate quotations, and proactively follow up to convert enquiries into orders.
- Customer Care: Develop strong, long-term customer relationships by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive support.
- Order Management: Process customer orders efficiently, check stock availability, and keep customers informed of delivery timescales.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly and efficiently.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product range to provide customers with accurate, informed advice and recommendations. Full training will be provided.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Inbound Sales Representative should have:
- Experience in a customer service or sales support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
- Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.
- An ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the industrial or manufacturing sector would be advantageous.
