<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Position Summary</span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Focus Financial Partners is seeking an experienced and strategic Workday Platform Manager to lead the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of our Workday Core Financials environment. This role will play a critical part in advancing our financial systems strategy—maximizing the power of Workday to enable accounting, financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional business processes at scale.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">You will serve as a consultative partner to Finance, Technology, and Operations stakeholders, driving Workday governance, managing enhancements, and ensuring a best-in-class Workday platform that supports our growth, financial rigor, and operational excellence. If you're excited by the opportunity to modernize financial systems and influence how a firm runs its business through technology, we’d love to speak with you.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This role is located in New Hyde Park, NY; St. Louis, MO.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Primary Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as the strategic Workday FinTech Lead—partnering closely with Finance, and Technology to ensure the system meets current and future financial management needs</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Work with Finance leadership to translate operational, reporting, and compliance requirements into scalable Workday solutions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive Workday governance, roadmap planning, and resource coordination with an emphasis on financial capabilities and business outcomes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Oversee feature releases, semi-annual updates, module implementations, and system changes; ensure readiness across finance, accounting, procurement, and reporting teams</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Evaluate and recommend enhancements across Workday Financials (e.g., Accounting, Financial Reporting, Projects, Procurement, Expenses) to improve efficiency, data integrity, and auditability</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead and mentor Workday support resources, balancing daily financial operations support with larger strategic initiatives</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Configure, test, and deploy functionality within Workday—especially within Core Financials—and ensure integrations and data flows support downstream business processes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain comprehensive documentation for financial workflows, security roles, integration points, and data governance</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Champion continuous improvement and user adoption of Workday across finance functions through education, documentation, and best practices</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Qualifications</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong experience with Workday Financials (or formal Workday finance training) is highly preferred; understanding of Workday HCM is a plus</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">8+ years of experience in financial systems management, ERP administration, or enterprise application support</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Deep functional understanding of financial workflows, accounting structures, period close, reporting, and data governance within Workday or similar ERPs</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, translate financial requirements into system capabilities, and deliver scalable solutions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity, or decentralized environments is a plus</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $120,000- $190,000 Base Salary Compensation Range.&nbsp; Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set.&nbsp; The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.&nbsp; Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life and 401(k).
