<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Position Summary</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">The Project Manager role in the Focus IT organization is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role coordinates internal resources, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully while managing risks and maintaining stakeholder satisfaction. The Project Manager ensures that project goals align with the organization’s strategic objectives and delivers high-quality results, retrospectives, is responsible for driving the execution, governance, and delivery of enterprise-wide technology programs and initiatives. This project manager will enable projects in the IT Program Management Office (PMO) ensuring alignment of programs with business goals, on-time delivery, and efficient resource allocation. The Project Manager may manage a dynamic team of project managers, business analysts or data analysts. The Project Manager will play an important role in enabling transformation, enforcing standardizing delivery practices, and providing transparency into program performance across the organization.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead projects from the IT Program Management Office (PMO) portfolio of projects, follow governance frameworks, enforce standards and best practices.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor project progress and report regularly to stakeholders and senior management.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead, motivate, and manage project team members, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of tasks.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure quality standards and best practices are met in all project deliverables.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for management and clients.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage relationships with internal clients, vendors, and all relevant stakeholders.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate meetings and provide guidance to teams for optimal performance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Drive execution on complex, cross-functional IT programs, ensuring workstream alignment, budget adherence, and delivery excellence.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with business and technology leaders to define program objectives, success criteria, and resource plans.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Implement and maintain portfolio-level dashboards, KPIs, and reporting to provide transparency to executive stakeholders.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage risk, issue resolution, change control, and stakeholder communication across all key initiatives.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage high-performing team of project managers, develop talent into high performing teams and foster a culture of accountability and execution.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong data-start="108" data-end="126">Qualifications</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="129" data-end="227"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="228" data-end="306"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience as a project manager, ideally within a similar industry.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="307" data-end="385"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="386" data-end="437"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong verbal and written communication skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="438" data-end="498"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency with Asana as a project management tool</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="438" data-end="498"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with Power BI as a data illustration tool</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="499" data-end="583"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="584" data-end="680"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Project management certification such as Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent (preferred).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="681" data-end="826"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience contributing to large, enterprise-wide technology programs (e.g., ERP implementations, cloud migrations, digital transformations).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="827" data-end="894"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience leading remote or distributed teams (preferred).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="895" data-end="966"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes (preferred).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-start="967" data-end="1080"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and adaptability to evolving project and business needs (preferred).</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">This is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $90,000-$130,0000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
