<h2>Manual Machinist</h2><p><strong>Location:</strong> Everett, WA<p><strong>Pay:</strong> $28.00/hr and up (DOE)<p><strong>Shift:</strong> 1st Shift</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are seeking a skilled <strong>Manual Machinist</strong> to join our <strong>Production team</strong> supporting the manufacturing of rods and struts. This is a hands-on role in a precision production environment with opportunities to work across a variety of manual machining processes.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Set up and operate core manual machines such as <strong>mills, lathes, honing, grinding, presses, and thread rolling equipment</strong></li><li>Follow drawings and written instructions to produce parts to close tolerances</li><li>Manually install hardware using provided tools; apply adhesives or grease per BOM requirements</li><li>Hand-deburr parts to drawing specifications</li><li>Inspect parts using gauges and measuring tools</li><li>Perform self-inspection and accurately record required production data</li><li>Verify part finish and overall quality</li><li>Maintain a clean work area, including machines and parts</li><li>Perform routine and detailed machine maintenance</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience as a Manual Machinist or in a similar manufacturing role</li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a production team</li></ul><h3>What We Offer</h3><ul><li>Competitive pay starting at <strong>$28/hr and up</strong>, depending on experience</li><li><strong>1st shift schedule</strong></li><li>Stable production work with long-term opportunity</li></ul><p><strong>Job Type & Location</strong><p>This is a Contract position based out of Everett, WA.</p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong><p>The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.<p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
