Our market leading client (high-tech capital equipment manufacturer) needs a Lean / Six Sigma Champion to help drive the continuous improvement of operations within the R&D / manufacturing / quality functions of the organisation. With a proven track record in change and process improvement you will work at all levels with the Management teams and from the shop-floor to the Board.

Confident in your ability to coach and mentor teams, you will need to bring experience of: lean manufacturing; kaizen; value stream mapping; visual management techniques; strong problem resolution and analytical skills. This is an exciting time (of growth) for our client and this is a key role which will help mould and guide the future. Salary is negotiable depending on experience; benefits are excellent and include: managerial bonus; pension, healthcare and more. A relocation package is also available if required.
