The position involves maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards, designing and deploying new solutions, managing environments, developing automation, and ensuring security and compliance.

• Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards
• Design, build, and deploy new Power Apps and Power BI dashboards that meet end-user requirements
• Manage Power Platform environments, connections, permissions, and data gateways
• Develop automation and workflow solutions to streamline processes
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem

• Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards
• Design, build, and deploy new Power Apps and Power BI dashboards that meet end-user requirements
• Manage Power Platform environments, connections, permissions, and data gateways
• Develop automation and workflow solutions to streamline processes
• Implement data governance, security, and compliance best practices within the Power Platform ecosystem
• Design and deploy new SharePoint solutions integrated with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Ensure reliability, accessibility, and security of SharePoint-based applications and content
• Engage directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Provide user support, documentation, and training for applications and dashboards
• Work with IT security teams to ensure solutions align with cybersecurity standards
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements

• Experience supporting federal intelligence/law enforcement clients
• Experience with JSON, REST APIs, or integrating external data sources
