<div>We are looking for a Production Test Operator in Schaumburg, IL who can analyze various materials at different temperatures to understand their mechanical properties such as tensile strength, yield strength, bending, and compression.</div>

<div>Key Responsibilities: Sample Preparation: Creating standardized samples by molding, machining, or cutting materials to ensure consistent testing.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>• Machine Operation: Setting up testing equipment with appropriate grips and fixtures for different types of materials.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>• Temperature Conditioning: Running samples in a chamber to reach specific temperature requirements.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>• Testing Procedure: Conducting tests by applying controlled loads until the material reaches its breaking point, monitoring load and extension simultaneously.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>.Running tests by applying controlled compression loads until the material fails, monitoring the load simultaneously.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>.Running tests with a 3-pt bending fixture, monitoring load and deflection simultaneously.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>• Data Collection & Analysis: Using software to analyze material properties and generate stress-strain curves.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>• Compliance & Safety: Adhering to industry standards to ensure safety and quality in materials testing.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Typical Requirements & Tools • Proficiency with testing equipment and data analysis software.</div>
