Working alongside experienced HR professionals, you will gain hands-on experience in human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. This will be followed by support on ongoing projects and practical training with the department. </span></p><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Partner </strong>with HR Matrix, Medical Department, and vendors to process candidates through pre-employment process.    </span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Spearhead</strong> projects focused on project management or process improvement.  </span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Leverage </strong>current recruiting strategies to build a strong pipeline of candidates to support the organization's hiring needs, including <strong>implementing</strong> plans for hard to fill positions. </span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Administer </strong>talent acquisition programs such as Employee Referrals, Sign-on Bonuses, etc.    </span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>HUMAN RESOURCES MATRIX </strong>  </span></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Serve</strong> as HR Business Partner to our operations team or corporate departments. </span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Manage</strong> customers hiring needs including sourcing candidates, posting, and screening requisitions, recruiting, interviewing, and selection of candidates for hire.  </span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Partner </strong>with leaders on performance management and employee relations issues. Prepare materials and present HR related items to various employee groups.    </span></li></ul><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT</strong>  </span></p><ul style="list-style-type:disc"><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Coordinate</strong> administrative and logistic actions for BNSF training programs to include scheduling, reporting, enrollment management, materials management, including editing training materials, and event point of contact for facilitator, coaches, and attendees. </span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Create/update</strong> training calendar and maintain training records.  </span></li><li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><strong>Review</strong>, summarize and communicate evaluation data and <strong>provides recommendations</strong> for delivery, facilitation, and training content improvements.  </span></li></ul><p><span
