<p>Neulinx have partnered with an innovative health tech startup focused on revolutionising women’s health. We’re looking for a <strong>Lead Full-Stack Engineer</strong> to drive the technical strategy and execution.</p>
<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead technical strategy and roadmap implementation.</li>
<li>Oversee system architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability.</li>
<li>Hands-on development using Typescript, Next.js, Python, and AWS.</li>
<li>Collaborate with founders on product direction.</li>
<li>Manage DevOps and cloud infrastructure (AWS).</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Tech Stack:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Frontend:</strong> Typescript, React, Next.js</li>
<li><strong>Backend:</strong> Python, FastAPI, Next.js</li>
<li><strong>Database:</strong> Postgres, Prisma</li>
<li><strong>Cloud:</strong> AWS (Fargate, ECS, Lambda)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years in software engineering, with 2+ years in leadership.</li>
<li>Expertise in Typescript, Python, AWS, and relevant technologies.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.</li>
<li>Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bonus Points:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Health tech experience or understanding of data privacy regulations.</li>
<li>Familiarity with AI, data science, or scaling products.</li>
</ul>
