<h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3>

<p>Flexible rota options – full-time (4-day week, 40 hours) or part-time available</p>

<p>No night work or bank holidays</p>

<p>Saturdays just 1 in 6</p>

<p>Varied caseload including orthopaedics, dentistry (with dental x-ray), and medicine referrals</p>
<li>
<p>Certificate support and encouragement for ongoing professional development</p>

<p>This long-established practice has been serving its local community for over 100 years and is proud of its friendly and experienced team. The clinic is <strong>RCVS accredited</strong> and equipped for a wide range of medical and surgical cases. You’ll be joining a team of certificate holders and like-minded professionals who value collaboration, clinical excellence, and balance inside and outside of work.</p>

<p>Nestled between the <strong>North Devon coastline</strong> and <strong>Exmoor National Park</strong>, Bideford offers a lifestyle that’s hard to beat — from surfing and hiking to exploring quaint towns and beaches. The role is commutable from <strong>Barnstaple, Great Torrington, Westward Ho!, Chulmleigh, Braunton</strong>, and surrounding areas.</p>

<h3><strong>What You’ll Need</strong></h3>

<p>MRCVS qualification</p>
<li>
<p>Great communication and teamwork skills</p>

<p>A passion for delivering high-quality care</p>
<li>
<p>Interest in developing a clinical specialism or pursuing a certificate (desirable)</p>

<h3><strong>Salary & Benefits</strong></h3>

<p><strong>Salary:</strong> Up to £60,000 (DOE)</p>
<li>
<p>25 days annual leave plus bank holidays</p>
