MID-LEVEL CREATIVE PROJECT MANAGER (HYBRID)

Compensation Range: $37 - 45 per hour

Our client in the Freight and Logistics industry is seeking a motivated, mid-level Creative Project Manager to bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and day-to-day execution. You will act as the "air traffic controller" for the internal design team, ensuring that all assets align perfectly with our global brand identity.

This isn't just a "logistics" role; they need someone with a keen eye for design who can shepherd projects through the workflow, manage stakeholder expectations, and maintain the integrity of the design systems.

Hybrid, 4x onsite per week in Atlanta, GA office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the "Brand Mailbox," providing governance and approvals to ensure all internal and external assets meet brand guidelines.
• Manage projects from concept to competition both digital and print.
• Utilize Workfront to structure briefs, set clear deliverables for designers, and keep projects moving through the pipeline.
• Lead print production projects, from initial intake to final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards for physical assets (programmatic mail, truck wraps, and event collateral).
• Act as the primary point of contact for campaign managers and internal teams to gather assets and define project scopes.
• Collaborate with our internal copywriter and design team to ensure they have the clarity and resources needed to execute top-tier work. 

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience working in a marketing agency or advertising agency environment.
• Understanding of brand identity, design systems, and the ability to articulate "why" a design does or does not meet brand standards.
• Understanding of how to work with creatives producing print and digital assets.
• Understanding of print production process.
• Proficiency in Workfront and familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite ecosystem.
