<p><strong>Housing Advice Officer needed in Caerphilly Paying £20.35 per hr ref OR105816</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full time hours on a temporary basis</strong> </p>
<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Providing housing advice and homelessness prevention support.</li>
<li>Assessing and managing homelessness applications and duties.</li>
<li>Developing personalised housing plans and identifying suitable housing options.</li>
<li>Working closely with landlords, housing providers, statutory agencies, and support services.</li>
<li>Maintaining accurate case records and preparing reports.</li>
<li>Making complex decisions in line with homelessness legislation and guidance.</li>
<li>Supporting vulnerable customers through challenging circumstances.</li>
</ul>
