An established Training Practice offering a focused frailty role with longer appointments, strong MDT support and significant autonomy. Salary & Benefits £12,000–£12,500 per session Indemnity paid BMA contract NHS pension 6 weeks annual leave 2 weeks study leave Fixed-term with strong potential to become permanent Workload & Structure 4–10 sessions available Dedicated frailty/elderly patient list 30-minute F2F appointments Extended home visits (1–1.5 hours) Care home rounds and MDT leadership Flexible start and finish times The Practice Established GP Training Practice Strong MDT: Paramedics, Pharmacists, Frailty team, Physios Daily visiting support (ANP/Paramedic) High-dispensing, partner-owned premises Strong culture of innovation and improvement You must be qualified as a General Practitioner and registered with the GMC and UK Performers List Apply to discuss further.
