With consistent growth and ongoing expansion, the company offers: Excellent training and development opportunities Career progression within a growing business A stable and supportive working environment The Role As an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining state-of-the-art, high-speed production machinery within a modern FMCG manufacturing facility. Your duties will include: Carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Working on high-speed, automated production equipment Supporting installation and project-based engineering work Assisting in the development and implementation of PPM schedules Fault finding and maintenance on electrical systems including: Siemens and Mitsubishi drives Motors and inverters Working with PLC-controlled systems (fault finding experience beneficial) This is a hands-on, front-line maintenance role requiring the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-moving production environment Shift Pattern & Salary Salary: £49,886 + £800 KPI-based bonus Annual pay review via Union negotiation 42 hours per week (Monday–Sunday rotating shift pattern) 22 days holiday 30-minute paid break per shift Overtime available at applicable rates Shift Rotation: Week 1: Monday–Tuesday 6pm–6am, Wednesday–Sunday off Week 2: Monday–Tuesday 6am–6pm, Wednesday–Thursday 6pm–6am, Friday–Sunday off Week 3: Monday–Tuesday off, Wednesday–Thursday 6am–6pm, Friday–Sunday 6pm–6am Week 4: Monday–Thursday off, Friday–Sunday 6am–6pm The Candidate To be successful in this role, you should have: A strong electrical maintenance background A completed electrical apprenticeship with relevant qualifications HNC or HND (desirable) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Proven fault-finding experience on drives, motors, and inverters Experience within FMCG, industrial manufacturing, or a similar environment The ability to work rotating shifts Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines If this role is of interest please press apply or reach out to Ryan Guy on 07837434353 or Ryan@kingstonbarnes.com.
