In this field-based, hybrid role, you will combine clinical expertise, education, and partnership to improve patient experiences and strengthen relationships with pulmonary hypertension centers and care teams. This role is ideal for a compassionate, growth-minded nurse who enjoys autonomy, learning, and collaboration.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Serve as a clinical liaison between Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) centers, pulmonary physicians, hospitals, and internal specialty pharmacy teams</p></li><li><p>Act as a trusted clinical resource for high-volume regional PAH referral sources</p></li><li><p>Provide patient and caregiver education, including therapy-specific training, to support safe and confident treatment use</p></li><li><p>Deliver clinical education and competency support to healthcare professionals and external partners</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal teams to align clinical insights with patient and provider needs</p></li><li><p>Participate in pulmonary hypertension support group meetings and represent the organization at national cardiopulmonary conferences</p></li><li><p>Travel within a large geographic region to provide in-person clinical support</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing</p></li><li><p>Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in cardiac, pulmonary, or critical care settings, including experience with PAH or CTEPH patients</p></li><li><p>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively</p></li><li><p>Availability to work Monday–Friday, daytime hours, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or advanced clinical education</p></li><li><p>Experience in a clinical educator, liaison, or specialty support role</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills and comfort working independently in the field</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><br /><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Qualified applicants will be considered without regard to race, color, age, disability, sex, childbirth (including pregnancy) or related medical conditions including but not limited to lactation, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, veteran or military status, religion, national origin, ancestry, marital or familial status, genetic information, status with regard to public assistance, citizenship status or any other characteristic protected by applicable equal employment opportunity laws.<p style="text-align:left"><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>Please note that you must meet our posting guidelines to be eligible for consideration.
