About the Role

Location: Milton Keynes Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours per week) Pay rate: £13.37 per hour Start: ASAP Contract: Temporary (3-4 months initially, with potential to extend) Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Resolutions Administrator to join the Customer Resolutions team at a large, well‑established automotive organisation based in Milton Keynes. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a busy, customer‑focused environment. You will play a key role in supporting customers and the wider business by managing enquiries efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Sort and manage customer enquiries received through shared email inboxes Respond to ticketed customer emails, providing clear and timely resolutions Escalate enquiries to relevant Customer Resolution handlers when required Upload and log key information accurately onto internal databases Provide administrative support and assist with ad‑hoc tasks as required Skills & Experience Required Previous administrative experience within a customer‑focused environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast‑paced environment A team‑focused approach with strong attention to detail Pay Rates £13.37 per hour (standard rate) If you're available to start ASAP and are looking for an opportunity with a reputable organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
