• 3rd shift schedule, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

What you'll do:
• 3rd shift schedule, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Hands-on production support role

What you'll do:
• Bale scrap film and cardboard
• Remove scrap film from Gaylords and staging areas
• Band, wrap, and move finished bales
• Cut cores and supply them to production lines
• Replace scrap Gaylords to maintain a clean production area
• Keep baling equipment, warehouse aisles, and work areas clean
• Assist production with materials to help prevent downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Remove scrap film from Gaylords and staging areas
• Band, wrap, and move finished bales
• Cut cores and supply them to production lines
• Replace scrap Gaylords to maintain a clean production area
• Keep baling equipment, warehouse aisles, and work areas clean
• Assist production with materials to help prevent downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Skills and experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and understand production paperwork
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be organized and able to multitask
• Must be able to complete job duties within required timeframes
• Forklift experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working around dust, noise, and chemicals in a plant environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and understand production paperwork
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be organized and able to multitask
• Must be able to complete job duties within required timeframes
• Forklift experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working around dust, noise, and chemicals in a plant environment
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
